Quotes and Repairs
Repair quotes are based on the information provided by the customer and may change after inspection. Work starts only after the customer approves the service, price, and expected timeframe. Customers are responsible for backing up data before repair.
Products and Availability
Product descriptions, prices, stock, images, and availability may change. Refurbished devices may show normal signs of prior use unless otherwise stated. We aim to describe product condition clearly before purchase.
Payments
Online payments may be processed by Stripe, PayPal, or other supported providers. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if payment is not completed, fails security checks, or cannot be verified.
Shipping, Pickup, and Delivery
Shipping or pickup details are confirmed during checkout or support communication. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by payment checks, stock availability, carrier delays, customs, incorrect addresses, or local service limits.
Returns and Cancellations
Return or cancellation eligibility depends on the product, service status, customer location, and applicable consumer rights. Custom repair work, opened parts, used accessories, or completed services may have different return limits.
Warranty

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Droidunclock is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, loss of data, or delays outside our reasonable control.
